One platform for access, licenses and assets.
Automate your Microsoft service desk. The platform you see here automates the operational work around access, licenses and self-service in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Microsoft 365, without replacing your Microsoft environment.
Alongside your Microsoft environment, not between it.
Four modules, one platform
Access
Rights follow automatically from attributes. With the bucket model you link department, job and location to sets of groups and roles. Nobody keeps rights from a copied account, and on role change or departure it corrects itself.

License and contract
You know who has a license, not always who uses it. ServiceChanger shows real usage from sign-in activity, finds unused licenses and tracks contracts, seats and owners.
Unused seats found from sign-in activity.
Self-Service Portal
Employees and owners handle it themselves: request access, software or hardware, approve, review licenses and manage ownership. Self-service that helps, not a place where work gets dumped.

Asset Automation
Coming soonBased on Intune data: device lifecycle and age, replacement campaigns, ticket creation and budget forecasting. Later with a hardware shop and direct delivery.

A safety net against unintended changes
When an unexpected attribute change comes in, for example a large HR mutation, ServiceChanger holds it in a review queue first. That way a single change does not silently rewrite access for many people.
You approve. Only then is it applied.

And more
Hybrid: Entra ID and on-prem AD
Cloud via Microsoft Graph, on-prem via a membership API and runbooks on a hybrid worker. One access model.
Audit trail
Who had which access, when, and based on which attribute. Usable directly as evidence for audits.
Temporary access
Short exceptions, for example 24 to 48 hours, without polluting your model.
Data cleaner
Standardises attributes like spelling and language variants, so the model stays reliable.
How it works
1. Connect Entra ID and AD
Connect your Microsoft Entra ID and, if you run hybrid, your on-prem Active Directory. No replacement of your environment.
2. Link attributes to sets
Define once which set of groups and roles belongs to which attribute: department, job title, location or a combination.
3. Automation runs on a schedule
Joining, role change and leaving are handled automatically; differences are applied on every run.
4. The rest via self-service and temporary access
Exceptions go through the Self-Service Portal or short temporary access, without polluting your model. All with an audit trail.
Frequently asked questions
Is ServiceChanger a full IAM or IGA suite?
No. ServiceChanger is Microsoft-native service desk automation around access, licenses and assets. It sits after your identity provider and does not authenticate users itself.
Does it replace my Microsoft environment?
No. It works alongside Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune and Microsoft 365, not between them. You keep your existing environment.
Does ServiceChanger assign licenses itself?
No. The license module reports and flags based on sign-in activity. Assigning or reclaiming stays a deliberate action in your own admin tooling.
Does it work hybrid, with on-prem AD?
Yes. Cloud runs via Microsoft Graph, on-prem via a membership API and runbooks on a hybrid worker, so cloud and on-prem stay in one access model.
