What does ServiceChanger cost?
Per connected Entra ID user per month: EUR 0.50 for the base (access automation), plus optional License management (+EUR 0.35) and the Self-Service Portal (+EUR 0.25). Annual contract, billed monthly, with a 30-day notice period.
What counts as a user?
A connected user in your Microsoft Entra ID tenant. Licenses are interchangeable: if someone leaves and a new person joins, you do not need an extra license.
Can I take modules separately?
Yes. Access automation is the base; License management and the Self-Service Portal are separate modules you add as needed.
